The rental charges below are for the executive villa complete per week, not per person and include:
All Taxes.
Use of all equipment, utensils, linen and towels.
Electricity, air conditioning and heating.
Games room, Cable television in all rooms, DVD’s, VCR, radio system, complimentary wireless Broadband connection for laptops and local telephone calls.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

A non-refundable deposit of GBP £50/USD $80 per week is required to secure your booking; this is to be paid at time of booking. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you as soon as possible. The balance of your holiday booking will then become payable 6 weeks before departure, an invoice showing the balance will be sent to you 8 weeks before departure. Bookings within 6 weeks of departure will require full payment.

Options
Pool Heat is available on request and is charged at £110 ($175) per week.
Cots and Highchairs are available for a small fee, payable to the agents.
Grocery packs are available on request.
Availability
Please check our AVAILABILITY CALENDAR for your desired dates. You can use the booking form to provisionally reserve dates.
Other Information
You are strongly advised to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accident/illness or damage.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passports and any appropriate visas. British passports must be valid for 6 months after your departure from the USA.
It is the standard policy of Bridgewater Villa that the property is deemed as Non-Smoking. Therefore All Guests are required not to smoke whilst in the villa. Any extra cleaning or damage, howsoever caused through Guests not abiding by this Non-Smoking Policy, will be dealt with by the deduction of such costs as required by Bridgewater Villa from their security deposit, according to the Security Bond Procedure.
