The villa is very spacious being over 2000sq.ft of accommodation. It is ideally located for all of the Orlando attractions but quiet and peaceful after a busy day at one of the parks or on one of the many golf courses in the vicinity.
Bridgewater Crossing is a beautiful, peaceful and secluded development set amongst a protected nature reserve with large deepwater lakes, wetlands and forest preserve making it an ideal location for your Florida holiday.

Community benefits include tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, lakeside walks, childrens play area and a communal pool (in addition to the private pool). All are within walking distance of the villa.
This self catering villa features air-conditioning and central heating and an integral radio system. The open plan living, dining and fully fitted kitchen open out onto the extended fully screened deck with its large pool and spa. The south westerly aspect can be fully enjoyed from the many loungers' and a large table with chairs making dining alfresco a delight. There is lighting in the pool to enable you to enjoy a night time swim on a balmy evening.

The villa is on one level and therefore ideally suited for children and the elderly. Pets however are not allowed. The villa is fully alarmed for your security.

The lounge has two sofas and 2 armchairs, TV, DVD and VCR, and ceiling fan. The dining area has table and chairs, internal radio system, complimentary wireless Broadband connection for laptops and 2 patio doors leading to the extended lanai and pool area.

The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, large built in microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer with ice maker and waste diposal unit. The kitchen is fully equiped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is a laundry room off the kitchen and this has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Pool Area

The pool area is fully screened and features a 28ft pool with Spa (optional heating available at a supplement). There is outdoor lighting and pool light for a relaxing evening. There are two ceiling fans on the lanai.

Games Room

The garage has been fully carpeted and converted into a games room with pool table, electronic dartboard and practice putting mat.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are self contained with en-suite facilities.

Master bedroom 17'4'' x 12'8'', has a king size bed, walk in closet, ample drawer space, TV and DVD, ceiling fan and luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and large walk in shower. There is ample storage in the bedroom and bathroom.

2nd Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, large double closet, ample drawer space, TV with integral DVD, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower over the bath.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds , walk in closet, ample drawer space, TV, ceiling fan and shower room.

Bedroom 4 has two single beds, large double closet, ample drawer space, TV, PS2, ceiling fan and shower room with door leading to pool.
